Fred C. Danforth was a founding General Partner of Capital Resource Partners in 1987. Prior to founding CRP, Mr. Danforth spent 15 years in various credit and management roles in the commercial banking field. In his last role he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Utica Bankshares and Utica National Bank in Tulsa, Oklahoma where he was part of a new management and investor group which recapitalized and restructured the troubled bank. Among his responsibilities he was primarily focused on numerous workout and regulatory problems facing the bank at the time of its purchase. Previously he had served as Senior Vice President of a large Maine based bank holding company. He began his banking and finance career at Citibank where he was involved for a number of years in the development of the bank's national middle market lending program.

Mr. Danforth is a PMD graduate of the Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University.
