CAPITAL RESOURCE PARTNERS ANNOUNCES TWO NEW HIRES,
JESSICA A. DRISLANE AND ADAM T. MARCUS
Boston,
MA, July 25, 2001 - Capital Resource Partners ("CRP"), a
$900 million private capital investment group providing both mezzanine
and equity capital announced two additions to its professional staff,
Jessica A. Drislane as Investment Manager and Adam T. Marcus as Associate.
Prior
to joining Capital Resource Partners, Jessica Drislane was an Associate
at Advent International, a global private equity fund with over $3
billion under management.
Before
entering the private equity field, she worked in consulting as a telecommunications
strategy consultant for Cambridge Strategic Management Group, as well
as an operations consultant for Gemini Consulting in its European
telecommunications group, based in London. Jessica's educational background
includes a Bachelor of Arts from Colby College and an MBA from the
J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Prior
to joining Capital Resource Partners, Adam Marcus was an Associate
in the technology mergers and acquisitions group of Deutsche Banc
Alex. Brown. In addition to focusing on mergers and acquisitions,
he also gained experience in debt and equity offerings. Adam's educational
background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
with a concentration in finance from the University of North Carolina
at Chapel Hill. He graduated with highest distinction.
CRP's
Partners include Robert Ammerman, Fred Danforth, Sandy McGrath, Steve
Jenks, and Bill Holm. The firm has an investment staff of 14 professionals.
