CAPITAL RESOURCE PARTNERS ANNOUNCES THE PROMOTION OF JEFFREY W. POTTER
TO PRINCIPAL

MA, February 26, 2001 - Capital Resource Partners ("CRP")
announced today the promotion of Jeffrey W. Potter to Principal. Jeff
Potter joined CRP in 1998, as an Investment Manager, and has worked
on numerous investments in a range of industries including manufacturing,
business services, information technology and financial services.
Capital
Resource Partners is a $900 million private capital group providing
both mezzanine and equity capital for established businesses and later
stage growth companies.
Before
entering the private equity field, Jeff Potter's background included
a combination of corporate development, investment banking and commercial
lending experience. Prior to joining CRP, he was Vice President of
Business Development for Reeves Industries, Inc., a middle market
manufacturer of specialty fabrics. Previously, he was with CS First
Boston Corporation and Chemical Bank, respectively. Jeff's educational
background includes a BA from Williams College and an MBA from the
Yale School of Management. Jeff sits on the board of Directors of
two of Capital Resource Partners' portfolio companies, World Power
Technologies, Inc. and Lamont Digital Systems, Inc.
CRP's
Partners include Robert Ammerman, Fred Danforth, Sandy McGrath, Steve
Jenks and Bill Holm. The firm has an investment staff now totaling
13 professionals.
Capital

leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations. Through its $425 million
fund, Capital Resource Partners IV, CRP invests $5 million to $30
million in a wide range of industries including business and information
